At Dr Curvy we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible. We can only process these requests within 90 days after delivery.

Within 90 Days - You must request a refund within 90 days of the order being placed. You may request a refund even if you have used the product if and only if you used the patches as directed on the packaging or recommended by a customer support team member.

Unopened Products
For all unopened packages, customers may request a full refund at any time within 90 days of their order date. Simply contact our support team to initiate the return process.

Opened and Used Products
For opened products, customers may contact our team at support@drcurvy.com to request a refund within 90 days of purchase. To ensure our guarantee program maintains its integrity and is not abused, we require qualification questions to be completed for used products.

Qualification Requirements
To qualify for our 90-day guarantee on opened products, customers must prove that they:

- Used at least 1 pack (4 patches) after receiving their order
- Applied the patches routinely as outlined on the product packaging.
- Applied the patches correctly, for the recommended minimum timeframe, and followed any proper instructions from Dr Curvy.
- Gave the product a genuine opportunity to work as intended

Customers who meet these requirements and used the product as directed will be granted a full refund for their physical product purchase.

Non-Qualifying Returns
Customers who do not meet the minimum product use requirements or fail to follow proper usage instructions will be advised to continue product use until minimum requirements are fulfilled before refund eligibility.

The following digital products and services are non-refundable as they are delivered and accessed immediately upon purchase:

Digital add-ons and upgrades
Priority processing services
Pirate protection services
Dr. Curvy VIP membership program
Any other digital products or membership services
